Steps to Presenting

1. Read and complete the Request for Proposal information.
2. Complete and submit your workshop proposal and agree to the Healthy Behaviors Workshop Guidelines by September 23, 2011 at 5:00pm PST.
3. You will be contacted by October 21, 2011 confirming the acceptance or denial of your workshop proposal. This date is subject to change at any time.
4. Upon acceptance of your proposal you will be notified via email and asked to submit electronic handouts of workshop to be posted on our website after the conference.
